Our ‘At Home or Office’ service rates start from £30, our engineers will carry out the following tasks and we will provide you with a comprehensive service report.
Our regular service includes :
- A full inspection of your PC to ensure that all the components are fitted and working correctly.
- Dust removal from inside your PC (a common cause of component failure).
- A report on your PC’s hardware configuration and use of resources, such as memory and disk space.
- Anti-virus diagnostics (we will destroy any viruses we find using the latest
Anti-Virus technologies)
- Spyware diagnostics (we will remove all spyware found using brand leading solutions).
- Hacker diagnostics (hackers can record and may use information such as your bank account details, we will always remove hacker programs where possible).
A PC service takes approximately 45 minutes and if your PC requires any repair or upgrade work then you will be entitled to a special rate. Our engineers will always remind you of this option.
